Exchanges (if applicable): We understand the importance of receiving a quality product. Therefore, we offer exchanges only for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. However, we do not provide exchanges for issues related to incorrect sizing or other related matters.

Shipping and Returns Information:

Returning Your Product: To initiate a return, please mail your product to: 7340 Alondra Blvd. Paramount, CA 90723. You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping Considerations: If the value of the item you are returning exceeds $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. While we strive to provide efficient service, we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
